FINE ARTS DEPARTMENT
Calling all gentle parents and guardians!
We need folks to join the Fine Arts Booster Club. This club is specifically to raise funds for music and art events. We need to get started on raising money for next year's trip to Ireland. Next year's 8th graders (aka this year's 7th graders) will travel abroad to sing at various locations in Ireland. Also, we need a strong accompanist to help with the upcoming performances. These events and departmental requirements all require funds. Plus, there are other upcoming musical events that need funds, as well. Please, help us raise funds by preparing for a GALA and other fundraising events. Join the Fine Art Boosters!
To all who have offered their upright pianos, thank you! Due to financial constraints, if you offer your piano, please be aware that your donation has to include moving the piano. Kindly remember that everything you donate, including the moving costs, are tax deductible.
In April, we will start a Music Club. Like music? Join us! Want to meet others with musical interests? Join us! Want to perform? Join us! Want to learn how to play the piano? Join us! Love to dance? Join us! We will meet on Tuesdays at 3:00p, starting the 2nd of April. Can't wait to see you all there!
Finally, we are going to have the Easter concert and Art exhibition on Tuesday, the 19th of March at 6:00p. All students will have to arrive at 5:00p and go directly to their homerooms for roll call and warmup. More details to come soon!
